The list of the National Security Department of “Sanctuary Jurisdictions” has disappeared from its website.

The list, presented last Thursday, presented portions of 35 states and the District of Columbia, which, according to the DHS, “hurt the rule of law and jeopardize the lives of North -Americans and agents of the law.”

“We are exposing these sanctuary politicians who house criminal illegal aliens and challenge federal law,” the DHS on X wrote while announcing the list.

However, users who now try to access the National Security Department website list are received with a “not found” message and a note that “the page may have been moved, deleted or otherwise is unavailable.”

When asked about this, a senior national security official told Fox News Digital: “As we have said before, the list is constantly being reviewed and can be changed at any time and will be updated regularly.”

“The designation of a jurisdiction of the sanctuary is based on the evaluation of numerous factors, including the identification of itself as jurisdiction of the shrine, breach of the application of the federal law in the application of immigration laws, restrictions on the exchange of information and legal protections for illegal foreigners,” added the official.

When the Secretary of National Security, Kristi Noem, he was asked Fox News’ Futures on Sunday morning on the disappearance of the list, he said: “ The President published an executive order that directed us to acknowledge these sanctuary cities and to cooperate with the Department of Justice and National Security to identify -and how they are making the jobs much more difficult to keep in America and to keep our families. New.

“This list, forward, some of the cities have receded. They think because they do not have a law or another in books that do not qualify, but they are classified,” said Noem. “ They are giving a sanctuary to criminals because they do not security of our ice officers, because they are not out of there in honor of the detainees, they do not let us know when these dangerous criminals are released from their courts and makes us much harder than these individuals who have broken our laws, who have perpetuated violence and are outside our country.

“So this list continues to use and identify these cities and jurisdictions that do not honor law and justice,” said Noem.

Before the list was withdrawn, DHS said on its website: “Each listed jurisdiction will receive a formal notification of its breach with the federal statutes.

“DHS demands that these jurisdictions immediately review and review their policies to align with federal immigration laws and renew their obligation to protect North -American citizens, not dangerous illegal foreigners,” he added.

Some of the jurisdictions on the list received a boost from local officials, according to Associated Press.

In California, the city of Huntington Beach made the list, although it had filed a lawsuit that challenged the State Immigration Sanctuary Law and passed a resolution this year declaring the community a “non -sanctuary”.

Jim Davel, Shawano County Administrator, Wisconsin told the AP that the inclusion of his community must have been a clerical mistake. Davel voted in favor of Trump, as he did 67% of Shawano County.

Davel believes that the administration may have confused the county’s vote by 2021 to become a “Sanctuary County of the Second Amendment” that prohibits measures of control of weapons from being a safe refuge for immigrants. He said that the county has not approved the policies of the Immigration Sanctuary.
